With demand for rough terrain (RT) cranes rising, the ALL Family of Companies, the largest privately held crane rental and sales operation in North America, is adding eight more to its rental fleet. The new RTs from Tadano range in capacities from 35 tons to 160 tons.

ALL has taken delivery of three of the cranes so far in one 100-ton GR-1000 and two 35-ton GR-350s. Coming soon to the fleet are four 55-ton GR-550s and the 160-ton GR-1600XL.

The GR-1600XL will be at CONEXPO this year, at Tadano's booth, F47010, and features ALL's iconic logo and style.

This crane package includes a wide range of cranes made for strength and versatility. With four and five-section main booms extending from 101' in the GR-350XL up to 200' in the GR-1600XL. The three lighter capacity cranes are on two axles for increased maneuverability on the jobsite. The GR-1600XL, one of the most powerful in its class of RT, is on three axles.

"We rely on these RTs for a lot of our general construction jobs. They can move around the sites quickly and easily, making countless picks day after day," said Brian Meek, project manager for ALL.

Tadano RTs are known as a quality product that stays out of the service bay until it’s time for scheduled maintenance. Their reputation for ease of use gets operators in the cab and right to work.
