Despite the fact that the construction industry is both lucrative and exciting, it is experiencing its largest shortage of skilled labor --- And as baby boomers continue to retire, the shortage is projected to worsen. 

Through ALL's participation in the 

, it became clear that most millennials are unaware of the vast opportunities available in the heavy lift sector. 

As an initiative to address this, ALL began profiling employees in various roles. (Check back as more will be added)

ENGINEERING a Future:  Daniel Giera is responsible for the weld shop, machine shop, paint shop, and trailer shop. But he isn't a welder, fabricator or painter -- He trained as a mechanical engineer.
