ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. Moves to New Corporate Headquarters Office Building

December 16, 2008—ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. announces the move of its corporate headquarters offices to a new building at 4700 Acorn Drive in Independence (Cleveland), Ohio, just a few miles up the road from its former headquarters at 7809 Old Rockside Road. The company’s equipment yard and its engine, hydraulic, paint, welding, and fabrication shops, plus maintenance and service departments, will remain at the previous site alongside the Ohio & Erie Canal Corridor. The move will provide room to expand the office space for the growing company, while still keeping them within three miles of their equipment yard.

”The proximity to our former and current locations is key. And it’s a beautiful building ready for us to work right into,” says Michael Liptak, ALL Erection & Crane Rental president.

The original property on Old Rockside holds the history of the company. On that land in 1964, ALL Erection began renting a single crane from a trailer. The business grew, and in 1975 they built the original headquarters building, which will now house the company’s parts and service departments.

Today ALL Erection has 1,100+ employees and more than 30 locations in 13 states and Ontario, Canada.
