Crane Mechanic Full-time, first-shift position. Responsibilities include repair and maintainance of Grove, Manitowok, Link-Belt and Terex cranes. Knowledge of components, assembly, and overall knowledge of crane hydraulics and rigging. Experience preferred, but not required, factory training available.
Truck Driver Local and over-the-road. Class A CDL and acceptable driving record required. Background in heavy equipment operations helpful.
Diesel Engine Mechanic Looking for highly-skilled professional with 5+ years of experience. Repair and maintain diesel engines, preventive maintenance, inspection of brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other important parts. Specific education preferred. Full-time, first shift position.
Welder Full-time, first shift position. Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings. Use of torches and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to measure & use basic hand tools. Experience preferred.
Truck Mechanic Must be able to perform vehicle preventative maintenance & repairs on equipment, trouble-shoot mechanical defects & operate equipment as needed. Previous experience with Peterbuilt a plus. Proficient use of cutting torch, welder & hand tools. Full-time. First and second shift positions available.

Successful candidate should have knowledge of standards safety practices, must be able to plan, implement and supervise multiple project safety programs, comply with corporate and customer’s safety program standards and have strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Key responsibilities include: handling day-to-day compliance with federal, state, corporate and customer’s safety regulations; conduct work area inspections, conduct investigations to determine causes and corrective measures for property damage and personal injury; document all safety violations, unsafe conditions and measure remediation or corrective actions; assist safety program by developing and implementing employee safety training.
Position requirements: 3-5 years experience in construction equipment industry required. Associate Degree in Occupational Safety/Health or equivalent combination of training and experience required. A recognized worldwide leader in crane rental, sales and service is looking for an experienced leader who can fulfill the duties of Service Manager for our growing tower crane division located in the Chicago, IL metro area.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious and success driven leader who will coordinate, supervise, motivate and schedule a staff including service technicians, support and office personnel, schedule repairs and routine maintenance on our growing fleet of tower cranes to insure unit readiness, coordinate shipping and receiving of tower cranes and their respective components, field inquiries from customers, oversee ordering of parts and shop supplies, maintain weekly worker productivity reports, and other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
To be considered for this position you must have service and maintenance experience in this or a closely related field along with prior supervisory responsibilities. You must have an excellent working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, good analytical skills and the ability to multi-task. Computer experience and excellent customer service skills are required. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
