ALL Canada Cranes & Aerials

ALL Canada Cranes & Aerials, Limited

A member of The ALL Family of Companies, a recognized worldwide leader for crane sales and crane rental, ALL Canada Cranes and Aerials is widely recognized as one of the leading crane rental companies is Eastern and Central Canada.

ALL Canada Cranes & Aerials consists of the ALL Canada Crane Rental Corp. and ALL Aerials Ltd. The two companies operate independently under one roof, currently headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, with each having its own staff and fleet of equipment.

To expand their services to the burgeoning Canadian market, the ALL Family of Companies expanded ALL Canada Cranes & Aerials, with the addition of two new facilities — one in Newfoundland and Labrador and a second location in Ontario.

The new branches are located in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Sudbury, Ontario.

For two generations, we have helped to build major landmarks, roads and bridges, industrial facilities, and more throughout Ontario, including Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, Mississauga, Kitchener, Windsor, Oshawa, Barrie, Burlington, Guelph, Kingston, Waterloo, Sudbury, and Thunder Bay.

In Newfoundland-Labrador we are giving shape to Conception Bay South, Corner Brook, Gander, Grand Falls-Windsor, Labrador City, Mount Pearl, Paradise, and St. John's.

Crane Safety

Safety is the most valuable service we offer our customers. Our complete Safety Management System includes lift planning, crane selection and inspection, personnel training, and performance monitoring. At ALL Canada Cranes & Aerials, we don’t simply see safety as a task to be accomplished, but as a culture — a way of conducting business — to be embraced. And we have safety awards to prove it. It is our Safety Director’s job to make sure that our crew of operators, mechanics, and truck drivers are trained in safe operating procedures, that our equipment is maintained and inspected regularly, and that we meet all pertinent Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) standards. And since we offer 24-hour service, you can always be sure that any downtime will be minimal.

Parts and Service

We staff and operate our own repair and maintenance shops. Our service technicians undergo rigorous mandatory training, which grounds them in the most current equipment servicing techniques and the latest safety mandates. We maintain a large new parts inventory on site. That way, if you experience a problem, we are equipped to handle it. This means faster turnaround times and increased productivity and profitability for you.

Community

ALL Canada makes a strong commitment to our local community. From purchasing to donating to organizing — our goal is to support local industry and community development with local hiring practices, and we support local suppliers whenever possible. We feel that by supporting small businesses in our area, we help keep our community strong and viable. It allows us to find the best prices so we can pass the savings along to our customers, encouraging a thriving community in which to do our business. In addition, ALL Canada supports several local and national charities with financial donations, discounts, and, in some cases, our operators donating their time.

Indicative of this commitment, ALL Canada Cranes & Aerials has been honoured with a 2010 Minister’s Apprenticeship Employer Recognition Award. The award celebrates and encourages companies that train apprentices.

ALL Canada Cranes & Aerials was one of 16 employers from across Ontario nominated for the award, having trained apprentices since 1990, with 30 completions and 60 apprentices currently in the mobile crane training program. ALL Canada has been active in helping to develop training standards and mentoring programs and guides apprentices in upgrading their training to improve their employability.

Robert Hanna, General Manager of ALL Canada Cranes & Aerials, said, “ALL Canada and its employees have always taken great pride in mentoring the skilled tradesmen of our future and are honoured to have our commitment to the Ontario Apprenticeship Program recognized by this award. The future operating engineers we train will be well prepared for one of the top careers, not only in the province of Ontario, but also across Canada. The future of our company and that of the hoisting industry rests in the education of the apprentices who complete our program.”
