Jeffers Crane Service has been in business since 1948 and an integral part of the ALL Family of Companies since 1995. At the core of our business is our expertise and experience in refineries, chemical plants, and automotive facilities. We are qualified to work in Dow Hemlock, BP Husky Toledo Refinery, Husky Lima Refining Company, Sunoco Toledo Refining, Marathon, Cargill, ADM Fostoria, various Bunge facilities, and the Ohio Department of Transportation, to name just a few. Our current safety certifications include PICS, ISNNetworld, PEC/Premier Safety Management, and Great Lakes Safety.

Call Jeffers for sales or rentals in Toledo, Lima, and Michigan. We will be pleased to assist you with equipment from one of the largest and most diverse fleets in the equipment rental industry. From our Toledo and Lima facilities, Jeffers operates a wide variety of all terrain cranes, the largest of which is our new GMK7550 Grove 550 ton. We also offer rough terrain cranes to up to 100 tons as well as 5- to 22-ton industrial cranes. We offer a full line of crawler cranes from 1,000-ton down to 80-ton capacities, and we are one of the area's major suppliers of scissor and aerials lifts (to 150 feet) as well as reach forklifts. Jeffers' crane fleet also includes hydraulic truck cranes up to 650 tons, tower cranes, and boom trucks.
We rent and sell the latest and most technologically advanced cranes from Manitowoc, Grove, Link-Belt, Terex Demag, Terex American, Tadano, Liebherr, Broderson, and Shuttlelift, and forklifts including Lull and Gradall. We are also an authorized dealer for Demag, Terex, Gradall, MEC, Broderson, and JLG.
Our Staff
- Our branch mandates that all of our employees be up-to-date on any required certifications to better serve our customers with the most experienced and efficient employees. We require all of our operators to have CCO certifications, and we meet the current OSHA requirements for Certified Signal persons and riggers. Additionally, all employees receive job-specific safety training and are subject to pre-hire and random drug screening.

We offer full lift-planning services with both CAD and 3D Lift Plan capability to assist you in the safe completion of your project. Whether you are a GC or a subcontractor, your bid can be tighter if you work with Jeffers. Jeffers utilizes the Internet-based 3D Lift Plan to increase safety and improve productivity at the same time. 3D Lift Plan is a true 3D lift-planning and crane selection application that is available on all onboard crane computers in the Jeffers fleet. Safety is the most valuable service we offer our customers. Our complete Safety Management System includes lift planning, crane selection and inspection, personnel training, and performance monitoring. At Jeffers, we don't simply see safety as a task to be accomplished, but as a culture — a way of conducting business — to be embraced. And we have safety awards to prove it.
It is our Safety Director's job to make sure that our crew of operators, mechanics, and truck drivers are trained in safe operating procedures, that our equipment is maintained and inspected regularly, and that we meet all OSHA standards of safety. And since we offer 24-hour service, you can always be sure that any downtime will be minimal.
