Dawes Rigging and Crane Rental, Inc. is seeking a full time Dispatcher in our Access Equipment and Crane/Trucking Division.  The candidate should be a Customer Service oriented professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to interact well with customers and our sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer calls to assist in determining correct equipment for their job requirements
  • Scheduling drivers for delivery & pick up of aerial lifts and forklifts in our rental fleet
  • Contract administration
  • Invoicing and billing
  • Inventory management

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and additional years of experience preferred.
  • Construction industry experience along with heavy equipment familiarity is a plus.
